My husband scouts

for birds in our yard and shares the time and location where I might get a good shot. He reported that a male eastern bluebird was sitting on the top branch of our peach tree surveying for bugs in the evening. I waited until the blossoms were nearly open and stood guard by the corner of our barn lean-to. Success was mine!
