Seen in Alaska and western Canada during summer. Visits the northern U.S. in winter, overlappin­g with cedar waxwings’ range.

SOUND

Very fast and vibratohea­vy trill.

APPEARANCE

Different from the cedar waxwing in the yellow and white markings on wings, gray coloring on belly, and cinnamon under tail. Bohemians are also slightly larger birds.
