Clear blue skies and lots of warm sunshine make this the most rewarding season for birdwatchers.
was the first time a pair of tree swallows chose to nest in one of our handmade boxes. We watched as both parents worked together to build the nest and gather food for their three babies. The adults took turns keeping guard on top of the box and hunting for insects. They didn’t seem bothered by our presence and allowed us to get close while we weeded our nearby flower bed. Nature is beautiful, and this photo is a reminder for us all. Tammy Hileman CELINA, OHIO
