WHAT THE RATINGS MEAN

-

Yuma County follows the state standard when issuing the following ratings: - EXCELLENT = No critical violations noted during the inspection.

- SATISFACTORY = Critical violations noted, but they were corrected during the inspection.

- NEEDS IMPROVEMENT = A critical violation was noted during the inspection and the operator was not able to correct the violation during the inspection. This rating triggers an automatic followup inspection at a time determined by the inspector based on the level of gravity of the violation.

- UNACCEPTABLE = Seldom used, this will initiate a summary suspension of the permit and closure of facility. This rating might be due to sewage inside of the facility, no electricity, no water, fire, etc.
