DEPLOYING A KICKER

To lower the motor, loosen the safety-lock knobs by rotating the right knob toward the boat and left knob away. Pull the lever handle toward the boat to disengage the lock pin, then push down to the desired height and tighten the safety-lock knobs by turning the right knob away from the boat and the left toward. To raise the motor, loosen the safety-lock knobs and pull the lever toward the boat and lift to the desired height, then tighten the safety-lock knobs.
