Boating - - BOAT DOCTOR -

Even the lightest-weight auxiliary motor will be heavy enough to cause your boat to list. Underway, this means leaning to one side more than the other. At rest, it means boats with self-bailing cockpits will only drain through one side, effectively cutting the bailing ability in half. Locate stowage, fuel tanks, batteries and crew to offset the weight of your auxiliary motor if necessary.
