Midnight Express debuted its Quintessence 43 model in late 2017, powered by five Mercury outboards and operated by one set of dual-lever controls. Other custom limited-production and commercial boatbuilders have utilized five-engine boats. Scout’s 530 will be, to date, the largest recreational boat to utilize five or more Yamaha outboards.
