The Personal Signs

ARIES (MARCH 21 TO APRIL 20) Your love life will be on your mind as the holidays begin. Mars, your ruler, is giving you confidence, and it is a good time to pursue whatever you want. Finances are looking good since you have Jupiter in the eighth house of other people’s money. That can mean a raise, an inheritance or getting lucky with investments. Whatever you decide to do, this time frame looks busy, fun and profitable. You should certainly get what you want for Christmas.

TAURUS (APRIL 21 TO MAY 20) Your ruler, Venus, is in Libra, making you want to spruce up your wardrobe and decorate your house. You’ll catch the Christmas spirit early. You feel ambitious and want to tackle a lot of fun adventures. You’ll have a positive can-do feeling that may overwhelm your family, trying to keep up with you. This is a good time to stay close to home and enjoy all the good things that you have created. November 3 can bring news you have been wanting to hear.

GEMINI (MAY 21 TO JUNE 20) Wrap up your Christmas shopping early while it is easy for you to find what you want. After your ruler, Mercury, goes retrograde on December 3, you are apt to find it difficult to do serious shopping. You will probably want to travel to see family, entertain friends, attend events and be just too busy to do much else. Mercury goes direct on December 23, a great way to celebrate Christmas and start the new year.

CANCER (JUNE 21 TO JULY 22) Cancer is a moon-ruled sign, and its nativ es are kind, generous and loved by their families. Entertaining is especially important to you. Christmas is your favorite time of year. You love to bake cookies and cakes and prepare traditional dinners. Many changes are on the horizon for you. The planet Saturn moves into Capricorn, a good place for it to be, so that means the economy should be much stronger and bring good Christmas cheer to everyone—especially to Cancers, who pay careful attention to financial matters.

LEO (JULY 23 TO AUGUST 22) You have the sun and three planets in your fifth house of fun, theater, concerts and your love of life. Leo is a fun-loving natural leader, so others expect you to plan their parties and good times. (Note: President Trump has a Leo ascendant). You like to be in charge and are good at it, so it works well. Plan your life around Mercury and the November 18th new moon, and things should go well.

VIRGO (AUGUST 23 TO SEPTEMBER 22) Virgos, more than most signs, need to pay attention to when their ruler, Mercury, is moving forward or appearing to move backward. Things go very well on a direct Mercury as it moves ahead—especially on matters related to the written word. When Mercury is retrograde, things get mixed up, slow down and often need to be repeated. So, get your work done, gifts purchased and wrapped, cards mailed, bills paid and then sit back and enjoy December.

LIBRA (SEPTEMBER 23 TO OCTOBER 22) Venus, the planet of love and beauty, and lucky Jupiter have both been providing you with lots of happiness. Now it’s time to sit back and enjoy all the good things you already have. It may be difficult for others to buy gifts for you, as you are the proverbial person who has everything. You will have a great holiday season, most likely visiting relatives and giving and receiving nice and thoughtful gifts.

SCORPIO (OCTOBER 23 TO NOVEMBER 22) You have entered a terrific time frame. Jupiter, the planet that bestows good luck and happiness, has entered your sign and will be there for about a year. It’s a good time to figure out what you want or where you would like to go. Foreign trips and cruises should be on your agenda. It’s also a great time for finances and indicates the growth of investments. The new moon in your sign on November 18 is a good time to finalize plans.

SAGITTARIUS (NOVEMBER 23 TO DECEMBER 21) Hallelujah! December 20 is the day that Saturn leaves your zodiac sign and will not return for 28 years. Saturn in Sagittarius is out of sync with your natural desires and brings one thing after another that interferes with your wants and needs. Saturn has been in Sagittarius for the past two-and-a-half years, causing work, worry, problems and developments that Sagittarians don’t like. That will all be over and done with, and you can return to the fun, travel, good luck and relaxed way of life you love. That’s what I call a celestial Christmas present!

CAPRICORN (DECEMBER 22 TO JANUARY 19) The planet Saturn is your ruler and causes you to be organized and disciplined, with a liking for a job well done. Saturn enters your sign on December 20, and since it’s “at home” in Capricorn, you get its best attributes. This could be a positive indication that Congress’s attempts to overhaul taxes, improve salaries and reduce unemployment will be successful. This is especially favorable for Capricorns. So, seek promotions, take specialized classes and/or send out resumes.

AQUARIUS (JANUARY 20 TO FEBRUARY 18) Your ruler, Uranus, causes surprises and changes when you least expect them. You are used to the vibration, however, and seem actually to be in step with its action. Your life is full of the different and unusual. Learning new things is exciting to you, and you thrive in college and postgraduate studies. Uranus is retrograde, giving you the urge to finish projects or go back to something or someone. You are the most intelligent sign of the zodiac.

PISCES (FEBRUARY 19 TO MARCH 20) Your ruler, Neptune, is in your sign, so you will be more drawn to water than usual. Your best vacation is at the beach, or better yet, buy a boat. Think about buying property at the beach, preferably in Florida or the Caribbean where the weather is warm enough to sail all the time. Water has a calming and healthful effect on you, and you’re not too fond of cold weather. Neptune is also causing your psychic ability is get steadily stronger, so pay more attention to your ideas.
