1 NUTRI­TION Eat smart and con­sume healthy meals—healthy fats, fiber, protein and veg­eta­bles.

2 EX­ER­CISE In­cor­po­rate phys­i­cal ac­tiv­ity into your life at least three to four times a week.

3 SLEEP Make sure to get seven to eight hours of sleep ev­ery night.

4 MED­I­TA­TION Prac­tice ev­ery day, even if only for 10 min­utes. Try guided med­i­ta­tions on YouTube or down­load the Calm or Headspace apps to get started.

5 PLAY AND RO­MANCE Take time to have fun and nour­ish your re­la­tion­ships.

6 WORK There’s a time and place to work but don’t let it con­sume your whole life. You de­serve to work on your­self, too.
