Stinnett Birthday Celebration June 5
The Stinnett 95th Birthday celebration, Home Fest, will be held on Saturday, June 5 starting at 7 a.m.
The fun-filled day will start with the annual breakfast hosted by the Hawthorne Detachment of the Marine Corps League of Hutchinson County.
The breakfast will be held at the Stinnett Community Center from 7 a.m.-11 a.m. On the menu is delicious biscuits and gravy, French toast, sausage, and coffee or Juice. Cost is $7 per person.
The breaksfast will benefit scholarships for area graduates.
Following breakfast, the fun will continue at the Stinnett City Park with vendors, food, and games starting at 11 a.m.
A cornhole tournament benefiting baby Randy will begin at the park at 1 p.m. (contact Chaylee Shelton at 806-395-1399 to sign up or for more information.
Barn Noise, a local band from Borger, will perform starting at 6 p.m. Followed by something new for this year, a movie in the park at 9 p.m.
