Charles “Frank” Franklin Viner, 83, passed away Sunday, January 1, 2023.

Funeral services will be held at 2 pm on Friday, January 6, 2023, at the First United Methodist Church of Fritch. Burial will follow in Westlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Fritch. The family will receive friends from 5-7 pm on Thursday, January 5, 2023, at the funeral home in Fritch. In lieu of flowers his memory may be honored with a gift to the First United Methodist Church of Fritch, 403 S. Cornell Ave, Fritch, Texas, 79036.

Frank was born June 5, 1939, in Council Bluffs, Iowa to Roy William Viner and

Ruby Maxine Clark Viner. He graduated from Phillips High School. Frank married the love of his life, Della Rawlins, on June 10, 1960, in Fritch. He retired as a supervisor from Mapco. Frank enjoyed going to Fun Valley, fishing, and working on cars. He also liked to tinker around on the lawnmower and golf cart.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Roy William and Ruby Maxine Viner; son, David Wayne Viner; grandson, Yancey Viner; and brother, George

Viner.

Survivors include his wife of 62 years, Della of Fritch; canine princess, Lucy; sons, James Viner and wife Angie of Boger, Jason Viner and wife Pam of Dumas; daughters, Donna Brittain and husband Marty of Palestine, Michelle Ditmore and husband Michael of Pampa, Leslie Mullins and husband Craig of Fritch; sixteen grandchild­ren; seventeen great grandchild­ren; sister, Charlene Rawlins of Fritch; and a host of extended family.
