Borger, Inc. to address City Council at Tuesday’s meeting

4. Questions and comments from citizens. Citizens who have indicated their desire to speak to the City Council will be heard at this time. In compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, unless the subject matter is on the agenda, City Council members are prevented from acting on the subject and may respond only with statements of factual information or existing city policy; however, City Council members may refer the person making the comment to a staff member or request city staff to place the subject matter on the future open meeting agenda. Citizens are limited to three (3) minutes for their presentation to the City Council.
Consent Agenda
The Consent Agenda is considered routine in nature and non-controversial. Consent Items include minutes, reports, tax property sales, and bid awards for expenditures previously approved in the budget. The Consent Agenda can be acted upon in one motion or individual items may be removed from the consent agenda for individual discussion by a Council Member, Board Member, Executive Director, or the City Manager.
5. Consider and take appropriate action on the minutes of the Regular Meeting of April 18, 2023
6. Consider and take appropriate action on the expenditures for the last half of April 2023.

8. Receive the FY 2023 Annual Comprehensive Financial Report.
9. Consider and take appropriate action on the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between the City of Borger and the Texas Department of State Health Services for access to the Texas Electronic Vital Events Registrar (“TxEVER”). 1
10. Consider and take appropriate action to approve an Interlocal Agreement between the City of Borger and Golden Plains Community Hospital (GPCH) for medical transport services. 11. Consider and take appropriate action on Resolution R-012-23, suspending for 45 days the effective date proposed by Texas Gas Service Company, a Division of ONE Gas, Inc. (the TGS or the Company) in its application filed on or about February 15, 2023, pursuant to section 104.301 of the Gas Utility Regulatory Act. 12. Consider and take appropriate action on Resolution R-011-23 authorizing an incentive agreement between Borger, Inc. and Matthew, and Ellen Fulton 13.
