Alan Henry

FAIR. Water clear; 72 degrees; 11.70 feet below pool. Crappie are scattered everywhere hitting minnows. Report by Bait Kandy Corp. Crappie are good in all stages of the spawn from 2-28 feet of water with minnows. Report by Randy Britton, Lake Alan Henry Crappie Guide.

Arrowhead

GOOD. Water lightly stained; 74 degrees; 5.96 feet below pool. Fishing patterns are holding steady. Catfish are good in deeper water and can be caught drifting using fresh cut gizzard shad. Crappie are biting at the state park and all the bridges. Report by Brandon Brown, Brown’s Guide Service.

Cisco

GOOD. Water normal stain; 70 degrees; 8.87 feet below pool. Fishing is good in 6-10 feet of water. Catfish are great on perch. Crappie are great on minnows. Carp are good on worms. Report by Jason Miller, Lake Cisco Rentals.

Coleman

SLOW. Slightly stained; 66 degrees; 5.91 feet below pool. Bass are good shallow on soft plastics, with the topwater water bite starting early in the morning.

Ft. Phantom Hill

GOOD. Water stained; 67-70 degrees; 7.63 feet below pool. Catfish are good in 2-10 feet of water on cut shad and carp. Crappie are fair with fish scattered shallow to 20 feet of water using minnows or dark jigs. Hybrids are good shallow in the early morning, moving to main lake points as the sun rises using live shad, silver spoons, or chartreuse crankbaits. Largemouth bass are good early in 2-5 feet of water on wind blown banks. Bass are relating heavily to areas where shad are spawning. Greenbelt

SLOW. Water stained; 55 degrees; 45.90 feet below pool. Few reports due to few anglers on the water.

Hubbard Creek

SLOW. Water Stained; 70 degrees; 8.32 feet below pool. Catfish are good on cut bait. Crappie are shallow and on submerged structure with minnows and jigs.

Meredith

GOOD-. Water stained; 60-62 degrees; 55.56 feet below pool. Spring fishing patterns are holding steady. Bass are excellent on minnows and artificial­s.

Catfish are fair to good on minnows and frozen shad. Crappie are fair to good on jigs and minnows. White bass are excellent on minnows, and jig heads with a curly tailed grub. Trout are slow to fair on minnows, power baits, worms, small spinners and flies. Walleye are good to excellent on minnows and artificial­s. Hope this helps you enjoy Lake Meredith. Millers Creek

GOOD. Water stained; 65 degrees; 6.16 feet below pool. Bass are in all stages of the spawn. Crappie are fair on standing timber and brush piles with minnows or small jigs. Catfish are fair on cut baits and cheese bait. White bass are good on roadrunner­s and slabs.

Nasworthy

GOOD. Water slightly stained; 70 degrees. 1.13 feet below pool. Fishing patterns are holding steady. Bass are fair on white chatterbai­ts around the reeds and flipping soft plastics upriver in 1-3 feet of water.

Crappie are good around boat docks on chartreuse jigs and catfish were good on cut bait and stink bait around the dam. Report provided by the Angelo State Fishing Team.

O.C. Fisher

SLOW. Water stained; 70 degrees; 49.36 feet below pool. Few reports and anglers fishing due to low lake levels.
