The Forbes Un­der 30 Sum­mit will de­liver an all-star lineup and changethe-world con­ver­sa­tion for the sec­ond year in a row at its Bos­ton block­buster. Oct. 1 to 4, 6,000 of the globe’s lead­ing young en­trepreneurs and trail­blaz­ers will gather in venues all over Bos­ton, from City Hall Plaza to MIT Me­dia Lab. Forbes is giv­ing away 1,000 free passes to the most wor­thy stu­dents with di­verse back­grounds in­ter­ested in the tech and fi­nance fields but who don’t see them­selves re­flected in those in­dus­tries. Also, 500 top women lead­ers and thinkers will gather to dis­cuss male­dom­i­nated in­dus­tries and how to make them a more in­clu­sive place. Hollywood heavy­weights like Asia Kate Dil­lon and Ash­ton Kutcher will be shar­ing their two cents on top­ics rang­ing from gen­der bar­ri­ers to ven­ture cap­i­tal firms.
