Brent Sullivan had two goals and three assists to lead Lowell (9-1-2) to a 6-3 victory over MVC/DCL 3 foe Weston.

Conor Murnane, Thomas Day and Thomas Potter each scored a goal to push North Reading (8-4) past Masconomet, 3-1, in a Cape Ann League contest.

Cam Owens scored the game-winner at 6:58 in the third to lift Wilmington (112) over Winchester, 1-0, in a Middlesex crossover game.

Mike Carbone had a pair of goals and an assist for Marshfield (10-4) in an 8-1 thrashing of Atlantic Coast League foe Falmouth.

Winchester (9-5) topped Wilmington, 2-0, in the Middlesex League, with junior Liz McCarthy scoring the game’s only goals and junior Tori Carson assisting on both. . . . Westford Academy appointed Adam Gagne as its new football coach, replacing Rich McKenna, who took the Billerica job. Gagne, who served as Westford’s offensive coordinato­r for three years, coached at Salem (N.H.) High last fall.
