Harvard runs over Brown to kick off Ivy

Joe Viviano and Semar Smith ran for two touchdowns apiece as Harvard picked up its first conference win, beating Brown, 32-22, yesterday in Providence.

Viviano had 205 yards passing for the Crimson (2-0, 1-0 Ivy League). Smith ran for 89 yards on 22 carries. The Bears are now 1-1, 0-1.

LIU Post 27, Bentley 24 — Joey Tolgyesi nailed a 34-yard field goal as time expired to lift the Pioneers (4-0, 3-0 NE-10) over the Falcons (2-2, 2-1) in Brookville, N.Y.

Bentley’s Drew Mahoney recorded 13 catches for 225 yards, and a game-tying touchdown with 2:16 left.
