The education received at the CSCA provides each student with a lasting legacy of culinary knowledge that reflects common sense and diversity of culinary expression.

The CSCA offers four unique culinary arts programs: the Culinary Certificate Program, a 16-week-long fundamental exploration into basic cooking and baking; the Professional Chef’s Program, a 37-week-long course that teaches the fundamentals of food theory and practice in a classical and modern context; the Certificate Pastry Program, a 16-week-long study of the basics of pastry arts; the Professional Pastry Program, a 37-week-long fundamental exploration of pastry arts, directed by New England’s only French Master Pastry Chef, Delphin Gomes.
