PARTY ON AND ON

- —HERALD STAFF

After the duck boat victory lap through Boston, New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski took a sharp left and headed down to Foxwoods Resort Casino in Connecticut. There, he and hip-hop honcho Rick Ross took over Shrine, with Ross performing and Gronk serving as hype man. Could he be anything but? Gronk was seen dancing and partying with Pats fans while Ross led anti-( Roger that) Goodell chants and performed his hits for the crowd. Ross, as if you didn't know, is a fan of the Pats, just check his lyrics for “Pop That” — “Ballin', ballin' like I play for New England.” There were witnesses, yay. In one video, posted on Instagram by a clubgoer named Liz, an animated Gronk can be seen rapping and we'll call it dancing in the DJ booth in a pair of sunglasses and a red Patriots tank top.

A source told DailyMail.com that Gronk tried to keep the party going for an extra hour when things shut down at 1 a.m., telling the crowd he was on Houston time. No luck though, despite stating that he would gladly pay any fine for an extra hour of partying.

FIT LIKE GRONK: Boston Sports Clubs and the Gronkowski brothers ( Rob, Dan, Chris, Glenn and Gordie Jr.) are offering two free Gronk Fitness classes this weekend. The bros created their “practical sports interval training,” inspired by NFL training techniques, so be prepared to sweat. A lot.

It all goes down Saturday at 8:30 a.m. and Sunday at 11 a.m. at The Gronk Zone at Boston Sports Club, 70 Station Landing, Medford. As with most free things, this is on a first-come, first-served basis. For more information, go to bostonsportsclubs.com/ page/gronk.

SITTING IT OUT: We don't know what snacks the White House had planned for the post Super Bowl LI victory visit by the champion New England Patriots, but linebacker Dont’a Hightower won't be having any. Hightower told ESPN's “SportsCenter” yesterday he wasn't going because he'd already “been there, done that.”
