ORDER UP: Wahlburgers is serving up its signature eats with a side of glitz these days. Mark Wahlberg was on hand to meet and greet along with brother Paul
Wahlberg, the exec chef of the bunch, at the opening of their latest joint, Wahlburgers Las Vegas at Grand Bazaar Shops. (Wow, that name is a mouthful.) The Daily
Mail was there at Tuesday's grand opening as Mark announced he'd “eat at least three different burgers.” Las Vegas Mayor Carolyn Goodman presented the brothers with the key to the city. Of course, there were showgirls — dressed in green, perhaps to represent parsley? BATCH O’ DRATCH: Lexington's own Rachel Dratch is bringing her delightful wit back to Massachusetts for two fab evenings of funny next month. First up: “Rachel Dratch Comes Home” — an Improv All-Star Show at Cary Memorial Hall in Lexington on April 22, part of The Women in Comedy Festival; caryhalllexington.com. Next, the “Saturday Night Live” alum joins Pam Victor for a discussion on creativity and comedy at the Brattle Theatre on April 23; eventbrite.com. The interview will be taped as an episode of Victor's “Conversations with Funny Feminists” podcast. OK, Rachel — we forgive you for voicing that furry footstool thing on the new TV show “Imaginary Mary.”
BEARY CUTE: You're never too old to squeeze the stuffing out of a teddy bear. Case in point: Miss Massachusetts USA and Patriots cheerleader Julia
Scaparotti posted a pic of herself snuggling a stuffed animal on Instagram. It was for a good cause. The caption reads, “Massachusetts Coalition for the
Homeless is having their Dream Big Gala on May 17! How cute is their mascot Tuck? Their mission is to help spread awareness of A Bed for Every Child and have even distributed over 4,000 beds in Massachusetts to date!” #Adorbs.
