MARIA SIPS TEA AT KIM’S BABY BASH
Kim Kardashian West threw herself a shower for baby No. 3 this weekend, and among the guests at the A-List shindig was friend and Medford-raised sweetheart Maria Menounos.
Menounos, who stepped away from her job at E! News in July after being diagnosed with a brain tumor, gave us an inside peek at the shower through her Instagram stories. During her time at the fete, she snapped a video of herself joking with model Chrissy Teigen as they inspected a crystal-shaped bottle containing one of Kardashian’s soon-to-launch KKW Fragrances. She also posed for selfies with fellow guests, including Kardashian’s momager, Kris Jenner.
We hear the shower was a chic, modern take on a tea party — the exact theme being dubbed “Tea for Three.” The venue was transformed into a forest of cherry blossom trees and guests noshed on pink finger foods, such as donuts and macarons.
Also at the party: fashionista Miroslava Duma, eyebrow master Anastasia Soare and celebrity hair stylist Jen Atkin. And let’s not forget the other members of the famous family.
Sister Khloe Kardashian strutted up in stilettos and a pale blue eyelet dress. She’s reportedly expecting her first child with boyfriend and Cleveland Cavaliers star Tristan Thompson, but no baby bump was to be found under the A-line frock she was wearing at the shower.
Other sis Kylie Jenner — who, yes, is also reportedly expecting a baby next year with boyfriend and rapper Travis Scott — was Snapchatting from the baby bash, gushing over the floral decor. On her way to the shower, she also shared a Snapchat photo that now has fans questioning whether she and Scott are engaged. In the photo, you can see Jenner’s hand on the wheel of her Bentley — complete with a massive diamond on her ring finger.
So while we look out for more clues about Kylie’s situation, we’re left to patiently await Kim’s new baby. She and hubby, rapper Kanye West, are reportedly expecting their third bouncing bundle of joy in January. They’re having the child via surrogacy, as the reality TV star had risky complications during her last two pregnancies with North, 4, and Saint, almost 2.
