Booker re-ups with Suns for $158M

Devin Booker, the highscorin­g guard at the heart of Phoenix’ rebuilding plans, signed a five-year, $158 million maximum contract with the Suns yesterday.

The 13th overall pick in the 2015 draft out of Kentucky, he averaged 24.9 points last season.

Booker, 21, set a franchise record by scoring 70 points in a game against the Celtics on March 24, 2017, just the sixth player in NBA history to score that many . . . .

Zach LaVine is staying with the Bulls, after the team matched a four-year, $80 million offer sheet he got from the Kings.

The Bulls also were involved in a three-team deal that moved Timofey Mozgov from Charlotte to Orlando. The Magic sent Bismack Biyombo and two future second-round picks to Charlotte, which traded Mozgov to Orlando. The Magic got guard Jerian Grant from the Bulls. Chicago acquired Julyan Stone from Charlotte in the trade that saves the Bulls about $2 million . . . .

Brook Lopez has agreed to a one-year, $3.5 million contract with the Bucks . . . .

Zaza Pachulia will sign a one-year, $2.4 million contract with the Pistons.

• Sei Young Kim became the first player in LPGA Tour history to go lower than 30-under in a performanc­e so dominant in the Thornberry Creek LPGA Classic in Oneida, Wis., that she now has the tour scoring records all to herself. Kim closed with a 7-under-par 65 for a 9-shot victory, finishing at 31-under par. That broke by 4 shots to par the record Kim had shared with Annika Sorenstam. She also set the 72-hole scoring record at 257, finishing with a par to break the mark by 1 shot . . . .

Kevin Na broke a nearly seven-year winless drought on the PGA Tour, shooting a 6-under-par 64 for a 5-stroke victory at A Military Tribute at The Greenbrier in White Sulphur Springs, W.Va . . . .

Russell Knox rolled in almost-identical birdie putts from around 40 feet on the 72nd hole and the first playoff hole to win the Irish Open in Donegal, Ireland.
