Kate Upton & co. enjoy dinner on Boston’s Waterfront
Things were looking up for Boston — Kate Upton, that is. Word is that the model and new mom was spotted out and about with a group of gal pals along our city’s waterfront this weekend.
The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit legend and Strong4Me Fitness creator was in our neck of the woods while her husband, Houston Astros pitcher Justin Verlander, and his team took on the Red Sox, beating them 7-3 on Saturday night. We’re told Upton was seen taking a break from cheering on her pro baseball hubby after his Fenway Park appearance as she hit up the Fin Point Oyster Bar & Grille with a few other ladies.
While at the Broad Street eatery, we hear that Upton and co. enjoyed fresh local oysters and a little wine lesson, thanks to the hot spot’s hospitable staff. Amy Crawford Cole, the wife of Astros pitcher Gerrit Cole, who was also part of the girls’ night out, shared a fun fact about the vino their party was pouring. “Found out this is Italy’s first all women vineyard,” Cole wrote on her Instagram stories, showing off a bottle of Donatella Cinelli Colombini 2010 Brunello di Montalcino. “Also, it was just really good,” she added of the sangiovese they were sipping.
In addition to Upton, Cole tagged that their dinner date included Kay Crawford and Stephanie Magana. Cole and the latter two ladies also stopped by spots like Stephanie’s on Newbury Street, Lookout Rooftop Bar atop the Envoy Hotel in Seaport and the Public Garden, per social media.
