PASSING IT ON!

Tom and Gisele list their $39.5M Brookline mansion

-

It sounds like it’s “bye bye, Brookline” for Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen. We’re told that the Patriots quarterback and Brazilian supermodel have officially put their mansion on the market and a couple of potential buyers, who are bound by NDAs, are already scheduled to see it this week.

Per the listing, the five-bed, seven-bath property on Woodland Road up for grabs for $39.5M. Our local power couple purchased the 5.2 acres of land for their Chestnut Hill estate from Pine Manor College back in 2013. Upon the primo piece of property, which abuts The Country Club in Brookline, they had built a custom home designed by architect Richard Landry.

The 9,700-square-foot manse boasts pretty much every luxury amenity the couple could fathom, which apparently includes a massage room and spa for those necessary recovery sessions, a yoga studio, a theater, wine cellar, guest cottage, a high-security safe to keep Tommy’s six precious rings out of harm’s way and an expansive yard to run football drills.

Of course, the Brookline estate isn’t the only sliver of Greater Boston that the Brady bunch has sold. They also bid adieu to their Back Bay abode for $9.2M in 2012.

This real estate news comes days after the New York Post reported that the GOAT and his wife were supposedly seen house-hunting in the NYC suburbs. The pair, who already own a $25M pad in Manhattan’s Tribeca neighborhood, was apparently looking at places in the swanky outskirts of Greenwich, Conn., and Alpine, N.J.

So far, the Track hasn’t heard any details as to where the duo and their three children are planning on setting roots next.
