Millennial lives vary

Re: “Millennials say thanks for economy, tech … and pie” by Grace Curley, 11/28/19.

Unlike Ms. Curley’s group of friends, millennials I know are thankful for the opportunity to serve or have served our country, to be with family, to help those in need, to work for the benefit of their religious institutions or local communities, to appreciate the sacrifices others have made for them, to strive for solutions to climate problems, or to research America’s standing on the world stage. Perhaps Ms. Curley’s crowd should look beyond their selfcentered interests of apps and 401(k)s.
