The sophomore tied for first in the Dual County League in the 100-breaststroke with a time of 1:06.1. She also had a time of 2:16.74 in the 200-IM. Her best career times in the 100-breaststroke and 200-IM are 1:04.4 and 2:14.95, respectively. In the offseason, Handley swims with the Gator Swim Club.
