Somerville fire under investigat­ion

Authoritie­s are investigat­ing a threealarm blaze that broke out on Friday at a Somerville triple-decker.

Firefighte­rs from Somerville, Cambridge and other surroundin­g communitie­s rushed to 93 Temple St. to put out the blaze, which was first reported about 3 p.m.

By 6 p.m., the fire was under control, the Somerville Fire Department said, but it was unclear how it started

“We have an investigat­or en route,” said Jennifer Mieth, a spokeswoma­n for the state Department of Fire Services.

There were no reports of any injuries, Mieth said. It was unclear how many people were displaced by the blaze.
