- By erin Tiernan

Two people — including a teenage girl — were injured when a shooting erupted as partygoers were leaving a baby shower in Stoughton on Saturday night.

Officers were called to Porter Street around 10:40 p.m. for a report of shots fired. The two victims were taken to a local hospital. No condition on the victims was available.

No arrests have been made and police do not currently have a description of a suspect, according to a statement.

As many as 20 or more shots were fired from at least three different weapons when gunmen opened fire as the party ended, police said.

Police are now asking anyone who lives in the Porter Street or Monk Street neighborhood area to check their home surveillance cameras for any video footage that may assist officers in their investigation.

Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to call 781344-2424.
