Doxxing the Court
President Donald Trump’s three Supreme Court nominees, purportedly in the majority of Justice Samuel Alito’s draft decision overturning the Roe abortion precedent, did not lie to Congress in their confirmation hearings about the importance of precedents, as many abortion proponents believe.
But Democratic Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer did storm the rampart of the High Court as minority leader when boldly and angrily threatening Justices Gorsuch and Kavanaugh by name, thus establishing his own foul precedent.
Doxxing any Supreme Court justice irrespective of which party’s president appointed the justice or how they vote on a specific issue establishes another mephitic precedent.
