Targeting Trump

We as a nation seem to be teetering on the verge of becoming a full blown banana republic with scant regard for law and order.

The mainstream media network pundits with their commentaries on the “Bragg Vs Trump case” started rushing to conclude the fate of ex-President Donald Trump with out any logic or reason. So do some of the columnists who continue to suffer from the Trump Derangement Syndrome. Case in point, a column by Jeff Robbins that appeared in the Boston Herald on March 21 “Donald Trump prepares to face the music.”

It is sad to see politics has turned out as a revenge game. Those who got elected to power to govern the nation have become obsessed with a passion to hang on to it by persecuting the opposition. What is going on at this hour in the Attorney General’s Office in Manhattan in trying to indict Trump for a misdemeanor is disgusting and despicable. The DA and his grand jury seem to have no interest in conducting a fair trial.

Howie Carr on his column in Boston Herald “Be careful what you wish for, Democrats” once again summed up his observation on the final attempt by Democrats in hounding Trump. He is right on the money in summing up the facts. This time of course they (the Democrats) are subverting justice and the legal system every way they can.

We have a two-tier legal system in our nation aided by the justice Department of the current administration. It must not be allowed to proceed this way if we all crave continued success of our constitutional republic. — Pichai Gopal Braintree
