Kailyn Aquino
Haverhill, junior
Aquino claimed a Division 1 state diving title (422.050 points), helping the Hillies take fourth place at the state meet. A three-time MVC All-Star, Aquino was second at North sectionals (433.050) after an undefeated regular season.
Amelia Barron
Andover, junior
The junior captured titles in the 100 butterfly at North sectionals (58.28) and the 100 breaststroke (1:06.62) at Division 1 states. She added second-place finishes in the 200 IM (2:08.92) at states and the 200 free (1:56.02) at sectionals.
Isabela Bobocea
Needham, senior
The senior placed first in the 200 IM at South sectionals (2:11.99) and third at Division 1 states (2:13.39). A Bay State All-Star, she had second-place showings in the 100 freestyle at both sectionals (53.7) and states (54.5).
Allison Boynton
Milton, freshman
The freshman shined in her speciality, the 100 butterfly, winning at South sectionals (1:01.12) and Division 2 states (59.89). A Bay State Conference All-Star, Boynton added third-place finishes in the 200 free at sectionals and states.
Elena Dudkina
Wellesley, senior
At South sectionals, she won the 100 backstroke and was second in the 200 IM. At Division 2 states, she took the 200 IM (2:13.34), was second in the 100 back (59.69), and swam on winning 200 medley and 400 freestyle relays.
Julia Lembo
Malden Catholic, freshman
The freshman from Danvers rolled to first-place finishes in the 200 IM at North sectionals (2:13.66) and the 100 butterfly at D1 states (58.72). She also competed on MC’s 200 medley relay, which took second at states (1:53.63).
Anna McGrew
Wellesley, senior
The senior swept the 50 and 100 freestyles at South sectionals and Division 2 states, finishing 0.4 seconds shy of the state record in the 50 (23.58). The Middlebury commit led Wellesley to its fourth straight Division 2 championship.
Elle Michaud
Winchester, senior
A freestyle specialist, Michaud notched wins in the 500 free at North sectionals (5:17.39) and Division 1 states (5:12.35). The senior also earned a title in the 200 free at states (1:55.38) and a second-place finish at sectionals (1:57.96).
Therese Sanzone
Malden Catholic, senior
Sanzone earned a North sectional title in the 100 breaststroke (1:07.13) and placed second at Division 1 states (1:07.46). The senior also finished third at sectionals in the 100 freestyle and swam on the Lancers’ 200 medley relay.
Lucy Savarese
Wellesley, senior
The senior diver was key to Wellesley’s South sectional and Division 2 state titles, capturing the crown at sectionals (423.350 points) and securing a second-place finish at states (451.15). She will continue her career at Williams College.
Kate Urdaneta
Newton North, junior
The Bay State Conference All-Star won the 50 freestyle at Division 1 states (24.57) and finished third in the event at North sectionals (24.69). She also placed third in the 100 free at sectionals (55.62) and states (54.87).
Jack Ventre
North Andover, junior
The returning All-Scholastic rolled to victory in the 500 freestyle at North sectionals (4:51.96) and the Division 2 meet (4:58.85). The junior also notched wins in the 200 free at sectionals (1:45.72) and the 200 IM at states (2:01.84).
Jackson Wagner
Milton, junior
The junior swept the 100 backstroke at South sectionals (55.11) and D2 states (56.47). He also won the 50 freestyle at sectionals (22.55), the 100 free at states (48.06), and owns four school records, and two fall state marks.
Chloe Wukitch
Needham, senior
A Fairfield-bound senior, Wukitch picked up South sectional titles in the 200 freestyle (1:58.23) and 500 free (5:19.58). She also swam on Needham’s 400 free relay that captured titles at sectionals and the Division 1 state meet.
