Lucas Andrade
Brockton, junior
The junior dominated the 55-meter hurdles, winning the event at the Division 1 championships (7.52), Meet of Champions (7.44), and New Englands (7.37). He also placed third in the 55 dash (6.49) at the D1 meet.
Aithan Bezanson
St. John’s Prep, senior
Bezanson started the season with a runner-up effort (scoring 3,370 points) at the MSTCA Distance and Pentathlon Classic in December, before rolling to victory (3,419) at the MSTCA Pentathlon championship. He will run next at Babson.
Jacob Bronstein
Cambridge, senior
The senior won the 1,000 meters at the Division 1 meet (2:33.19), before setting a personal best in a victorious effort at the Meet of Champions (2:31.70). He also placed second in the 600 (1:24.26) at the Dual County League meet.
Christopher Brooks
Wellesley, senior
The senior won all eight 55-meter dash races he competed in, including victories at the Division 2 championships (6.40) and the Meet of Champions (6.42). He also finished fourth in the 300 at the Meet of Champions (34.99).
Leonid Burlak
Acton-Boxborough, senior
The senior won the 55 dash at the Division 1 championships (6.45) and placed second in the event at the Meet of Champions (6.47). He also notched a fourth-place finish in the 300 meters at the Division 1 meet (35.39).
Alex Jackson
Peabody, junior
Also a Northeastern Conference football All-Star, he dominated the Meet of Champions with wins in shot put (58 feet, 3 inches) and weight throw (67-11). At Nationals, he was fifth in the shot (60-5.5) and 17 th in weight throw (62-11.5).
Chris Larnard
BC High, senior
The cross-country All-Scholastic cruised to victories in the mile at the Division 1 championships (4:18.46) and the Meet of Champions (4:14.01), where he set a personal best. He will run at Penn next year.
Ryan Leslie
Billerica, senior
A two-time All-Scholastic in crosscountry, the Northeastern-bound Leslie picks up his first track nod with a 2-mile victory at the Meet of Champions (9:20.87). He also won the mile at the MVC meet (4:21.72) and the Division 3 meet (4:24.73).
Harvey Lys
Andover, senior
The senior excelled in the high jump all winter, rolling to first place at the MVC meet (6 feet, 2 inches), the Division 1 meet (6-6), and the Meet of Champions (6-4). He also finished seventh at the MSTCA Pentathlon (3,152 points).
Ajay Raina
Acton-Boxborough, senior
The senior had a big day at the Division 1 meet, winning the 600 meters (1:20.85) and launching a heroic comeback effort to capture the 4x800 relay (8:07.36). At the Meet of Champions, he placed second in the 1,000 (2:31.84).
Cameron Walter
Brookline, senior
The senior rolled to victory in the 600 meters at the Meet of Champions (1:21.13), and also anchored a dominant 4x800 relay squad to gold at the Meet of Champions (8:02.60). The relay placed fifth at Nationals (7:50.15).
Antonio Wiafe
St. John’s (Shrewsbury), senior
The UConn-bound senior won the long jump at both the Division 1 meet (21 feet, 11.75 inches) and the Meet of Champions (22-7.75), and was 12th at Nationals (22-7.75). He also finished third in the MSTCA Pentathlon (3,362 pts.).
