Evie Bernard

Hamilton-Wenham, soph. (alpine) After an All-Scholastic freshman season, Bernard finished second in the North Shore League before placing seventh in both the slalom and GS at the state meet. A multisport athlete with a 4.1 GPA, she also plays on H-W’s lacrosse team.

Robert Blanchard

Cohasset, soph. (alpine)

The SkiEast champion, Blanchard makes a return to the All-Scholastic team after placing eighth in GS in the state meet at Mount Wachusett, along with taking 25th in slalom. In March, he finished ninth in the Easterns at Attitash.

Jillian Bradford

Nashoba, soph. (alpine)

The individual champion in MassBay West Omega, Bradford raced to second in the GS at states at Wachusett Mountain, where she is on the race team. She was selected to Easterns, plays lacrosse and soccer, and is a mountain biker.

Ian Brenner

Newton South, sr. (nordic)

The top skier in MassBay East two years running, the elder of the Brenner brothers was fourth at states in South’s historic title win, and fifth at Easterns. He’s an AP Scholar with Distinctio­n and volleyball captain.

Levin Brenner

Newton South, jr. (nordic)

Another key cog for the first-time state champions: he was third in MassBay East and ninth at states. He also was 25th at New England U18’s and fourth nationally in the biathlon. Brenner also plays varsity volleyball.

Rohan Brown

Brookline, sr. (alpine)

MassBay East’s top skier, the senior placed in the top 10 (third in slalom, seventh in GS) in both races at the MIAA state meet and was selected for Easterns. He is on the Loon Race Team and plays varsity soccer.

Mori Finlayson-Johnecheck

Arlington, jr. (nordic)

A three-year member of the state’s Eastern team, Finlayson-Johnecheck locked in a third-place finish at states and finished fourth in MassBay East. He also runs crosscount­ry, track, and is interested in web developmen­t.

Summer Flannery

Newton South, soph. (alpine)

On skis at 2 in Park City, and a downhiller since, Flannery is a repeat pick after her third-place giant slalom finish at states (14th in slalom), and runner-up in MassBay West Alpha. She is on the New Hampshire developmen­t team.

Will Harrington

Hamilton-Wenham, sr. (alpine)

The UMass Amherst-bound senior was second in the North Shore League and third in the GS at states for the Hamilton-Wenham co-op. He finished 12th in the GS at Easterns and was also captain of the soccer and lacrosse teams.

Courtney Hoguet

Marblehead, jr. (alpine)

The No. 1 skier in MassBay East, the junior finished 10th in the slalom at the state meet in her fourth year on the varsity and was selected to represent Massachuse­tts at Easterns. She also plays field hockey and lacrosse.

Sarah Kirincich

Concord-Carlisle, sr. (nordic)

Her third-place finish at states paced the Patriots to an EMass-best third overall. She was runner-up in MassBay West and a state qualifier, and 10th at Easterns. A musician and National Honor Society member, she also cycles and hikes.

Polina Kontorovic­h

Newton South, jr. (nordic)

The runner-up in MassBay East, Kontorovic­h sprinted to a fourthplac­e finish at states at Prospect Mountain after finishing 10th in 2023. She also rows for CRI and carries a 4.0 GPA taking all honors and AP classes.

Owen Ludden

St. John’s (Shrewsbury), jr. (alpine) Leading the undefeated and state runner-up Pioneers, Ludden was third in the Central Mass Conference before taking 10th place in both races at the MIAA meet. A lover of aviation, he plans to pursue a career as a commercial pilot.

Dashiell Martin

Newton South, soph. (nordic)

A stellar contributo­r for the state champions, Martin placed fifth in MassBay East, eighth at the state meet, and 35th at Easterns. The A student runs cross-country and track, and bikes and hikes in his free time.

Amy McCormack

Wayland, sr. (nordic)

A four-year varsity skier, the cocaptain finished fifth in MassBay West, ninth at states, and is a twotime member of the Eastern team. She runs cross-country, plays Ultimate Frisbee, and is involved in Robotics and the environmen­tal club.

Owen McLain

St. John’s Prep, soph. (alpine)

The top-overall skier at the MIAA state meet, the sophomore finished second in both the slalom and GS. He was third in the North Shore League and 14th in the GS at Easterns. McLain has a 4.4 GPA and also plays soccer.

Hannah Petersen

Brookline, soph. (nordic) Undefeated in MassBay East, Peterson soared to second at the state meet at Prospect Mountain, and was eighth overall at Easterns. She runs cross-country (earning the Warrior Award) and outdoor track, hikes, and savors baking.

Katie Pohlig

Concord-Carlisle, sr. (nordic)

The Colgate-bound captain was third in MassBay West, tied for fifth at states for C-C (third overall), and earned a spot on the state’s Eastern team but was sidelined (broken thumb). She sings (select choir) and performs (theater).

Kate Robinson

Wachusett, jr. (alpine)

After placing second in the Central Mass. League, Robinson was sixth in the state slalom at Mount Wachusett, a short drive from her Princeton home. A National Honor Society member, she runs crosscount­ry, plays lacrosse, and hikes.

Libby Rogers

Hingham, soph. (alpine)

Now a two-time All-Scholastic, the sophomore led the Harborwome­n to the Ski East title as the league’s individual champion before racing to a second-place finish in the slalom at states. She competed at Easterns and plays lacrosse.

Lukas Schemmel

Winchester, jr. (alpine)

The junior followed up an All-Scholastic sophomore campaign with an individual title in MassBay West Omega for the second-place Red & Black before placing fifth in the slalom at the MIAA meet. He represente­d Massachuse­tts at Easterns.

Amanda Schneider

Masconomet, jr. (alpine)

What a year it was for the North Shore’s top skier, who placed third (slalom) and ninth (GS) at the MIAA meet to lead the Chieftains to the state title. She was also a top 20 finisher at Easterns and is a National Honor Society student.

Adam Synnestved­t

Concord-Carlisle, soph. (nordic) Seventh in MassBay West as a freshman, he was the best racer in the league this winter. At states, he soared from 16th to sixth place, and was 15th in the state qualifier. He also runs cross-country and track.

Tyler Zilinski

Ashland, jr. (alpine)

The junior was the state champion in the GS, finished fourth in the slalom, was second in the Central Mass Conference, and selected for Easterns. He’s been racing at Gunstock in New Hampshire for the last eight years.
