C10 INTERVENTION
We all need one, and it’s coming soon!
SOLD OUT WITH more than 800 trucks! That’s the current situation for the 2021 C10 Intervention, which has recently moved to Woodland, California, at the Gold Country Fairgrounds. This 1908-1998 all Chevy and GMC truck event is heading into its fourth year. Each year brings a higher level of build quality and spectator knowledge, so we can’t imagine what we are going to see this year. Labor Day weekend, Sept. 4-5, is the date for the 2021 C10 Intervention, and we promise you we will be there with cameras in hand!
Brothers Truck Parts is the lead partner on this event, and with a name like that you know this event is all about the DIY truck guy/gal. The event is open and free spectators during the day, and then Saturday at 6:00pm they shut down downtown Woodland for a “participants only” cruise night that is limited to 500 trucks. Imagine seeing that rolling down the road!
All GM trucks, Blazers, Jimmys and Suburbans are welcome whether they are lifted, lowered or completely stock. More proof that this is a quality over quantity event is that this year sold out of show spots in just three hours! Each year the event is hosted by the C10 Club, C10 Club Sacramento and Dropped Lower brand. Tony Ortega, Carlos Vidales and John Oro are the brains behind the gathering, clearly a few smart guys right there!
Looking for an even more exciting experience? Provost Motorsports will be hosting a VIP lounge with unlimited food, drinks and shade for a limited number of guests. Billet awards will be produced with pride like the years in the past, and as usual, funds raised will be donated to the Gold Country Fair Heritage Foundation, in order to enhance the Gold Country Fair.
Event sponsors line up to support quality events like this, and we’ve seen big names like United Pacific, Precision and Pro Performance get involved in the past. Vendors booths filled the sold-out spots and we saw some of the biggest names in the industry come out in full force. Names like Provost Motorsports, Alden American, C10 Talk and AZ Pro Performance are just a few of the talented insiders that set up shop to promote directly to their consumer.
