Guess Who’s Back, Back Again?

OK, OK. THEY GOT ME AGAIN. I HAVE TO admit, never in a million years did I see myself coming back yet again for the “editor’s punishment”—staring at a blank white page and down the barrel of another crazy print deadline with the issue in hand zero hours away from shipping off to print. Sure, I may have missed the madness just a bit, but damn these all-nighters haha.

But in all seriousness, I’m actually pretty excited to be here with Engaged and the killer editorial team that’s brewing— switching over to head up the C10 Builder’s Guide and working side-by-side with Chris, Solomon, John, Mark and our other Mike. We’ll be bringing you the best of the best across the custom truck industry, and I’m very excited to be back in the saddle with such an awesome crew.

As always, if you’re a regular reader of Street Trucks or any of our sister mags, you probably know by now what you can expect to see from me: a little brutal honesty, some witty (and not so witty) humor and, most of all, the baddest custom rides on the planet, only throughout these pages it will be geared to building up the hottest C10s. This time around we’ll have a unified staff and team across the truck books and include more travel, more tech, more builds and more of everything C10. We’ll be diving deep into the C10 trenches and bringing you the stories you really care about from the names that helped build this custom niche from the beginning.

With more than two decades of print experience, I’m excited for this team and some of the young guns we now have traveling the country and shooting these builds. Family, trucks, air-ride and static, home-built and shop-built, you’ll be seeing more of it all.
