Local law enforcement officials made the following arrests that were compiled from reports received recently from the Gordon County Jail and the Calhoun Police Department. Charges follow the names of those arrested. Law enforcement officials are in compliance with Ga. Law Code 50-18-72 of the Open Records Act in releasing reports of arrests. People with similar names may not be the same as those listed in reports. All people are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.

April 28 - May 1

Jose Adrian Pozos- Castillo, 24, was charged with DUI, loud music, speeding, no license and no insurance

Nathan Blake Wheeler, 28, was charged with disorderly conduct/harassing calls

William Bradley Ballew, 26, was charged with probation violation

Marianne Devitto, 57, was charged with shoplifting

Gabriel Martinez, 21, was charged with driving with no license, no insurance, unregistered vehicle, no revalidation decal, concealing the identity of a vehicle

Joseph Anthony Debano, 47, was charged with disorderly conduct

Bryan Raymond Spielman, 31, was sentenced

Jarrod Leslie Waits, 38, was charged with battery/simple battery—family violence, interfering with emergency call for help

Brandon James Patterson, 28, was held for court

Diamond Kelly Shaddox, 32, was charged with possession or marijuana and swerving

Cory Lee Warren, 23, was charged with theft by taking and possession of marijuana less than an ounce

Cory Alexander Whitlatch, 17, was charged with four counts of interference with government property

Charles Edward Lindsey, 42, was charged with felony escape and probation violation

Susan Renee McRee, 42, was charged with driving a vehicle when registration was suspended and driving with no license

Nakia Marie Nelson, 36, was held for court

Roland Anthony Owenby, 19, was charged with probation violation

Wilson Earl Drummond, 36, was charged with driving while license is suspended, no proof of insurance, driving with a suspended registration and failure to appear in court

Diamond Kelly Shaddox, 32, was charged with possession of marijuana and failure to maintain lane

Chasity Nicole Tinsley, 27, was charged with DUI, no proof of insurance and speeding

Mark Evan Rosen, 20, was charged with possession of marijuana less than an ounce

Christopher Mitchell Spires, 26, was charged with probation violation

Jeffrey Marvin Tanner, 45, was charged with probation violation

Toni Cumbee Barksdale, 29, was charged with theft by shoplifting

Melea Careen Carroll, 35, was charged with shoplifting

Stephen Anthony Caroll, 39, was charged with theft by shoplifting

Jessica Naomi Cooley, 28, was charged with shoplifting

David Lamar Gladney, 29, was charged with disorderly conduct

Daniel Lee Millsap, 50, was charged with battery

William Brandon Heath Brisco, 26, was charged with driving while license is suspended or revoked

Joshua Lee Carnes, 23, was charged with possession or marijuana less than an ounce

Aaron Nathaniel Collins, 19, was charged with probation violation

Malcolm Jarrard Finch, 36, was charged with two counts of obstructing law enforcement and parole violation
