Gordon County Arrests
The following arrests information was taken directly from Gordon County Jail records. Arrests were made by the Gordon County Sheriff’s Office except where otherwise indicated. Law enforcement officials are in compliance with Ga. Code 50- 18- 72 of the Open Records Act in releasing reports of arrests. People with similar names may not be the same as those listed in reports. All people are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court. Dec. 17 Treena Laveece Biddix, 45, of 242 Windy Holl Lane, Fairmount, was arrested and charged with probation violation.
Max Kelly Defoor, 48, of 971 Pendley Road, Calhoun, was arrested by GSP and charged with speeding —80 in a 55 mph zone and DUI.
Benjamin Franciso Dejesus, 24, if 381 Jolle Road, Calhoun, was arrested by GSP and charged with DUI.
Betty Ann Delph, 54, of 2037 Parker Road, Jasper, was arrested by Fairmount police and charged with probation violation.
David Shane Guyton, 36, of 360 Furr Road, Ranger, was arrested and charged with aggravated stalking.
Benjamin Mitchell Hales, 22, of 270 Big Ridge Road, Talking Rock, was arrested by Calhoun police and charged with probation violation.
Lawrence Edward Moorehead, 57, of 1400 Mount Zion Road, Resaca, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault ( FVA).
Nicolas Ochoa Oluin Jr., 22, of 105 Nathan Circle, Apt. 4, Calhoun, was arrested and charged with sell of methamphetamine.
Gary Sean Reeves, 447, of 1349 Redmond Circle, F- 8, Rome, was transported to the jail and housed for a court appearance.
Donnie Dewayne Sills, 47, of 109 Jeep St., Suite 4, Calhoun, was arrested and charged with pedestrian under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Jeffrey Gene Staples, 41, of 112 Riverview Drive, Calhoun, was arrested and charged with two counts of probation violation.
Robin Dianna Usry, 31, of 42 Meadows Court, Adairsville, was arrested and charged with simple battery ( FVA). Dec. 16 Garrett Mason Ballew, 22, of 164 Hardin Road, Plainville, was arrested and housed at the jail for a court appearance.
Kenneth Harold Delaney Jr., 42, of 188 Boone Ford Road, Calhoun, was arrested and charged with giving false name or address to a law enforcement officer.
Bret Wayne Dingler, 32, of 768 Beason Road, Calhoun, was arrested on a bench warrant and charged with disorderly conduct.
Jason Dewayne Fortenberry, 36, of 768 Beason Road, Calhoun, was arrested by Calhoun police and charged with probation violation.
Nickki Dawn Hall, 26, of 106 Rips Road, Calhoun, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct — county ordinance violation.
Donna Jean Hightower, 53, of 3572 Dews Pond Road, Calhoun, was arrested and charged with probation violation.
Terry Michael Ingle, 50, of 2763 Nicklesville Road, Resaca, was arrested and charged with four counts of obstruction or hindering law enforcement officer and criminal trespass ( FVA).
Jason Dewayne Lowery, 36, of 1515 Tazewell Park, Corryta, Tenn., was arrested and charged with trafficking methamphetamine and manufacturing, selling, dispensing or distributing methamphetamine.
Christopher Todd Mooney, 30, of 1240 Cassville Road, Cartersville, was arrested by Calhoun police and housed at the jail.
James Scott Parker, 48, of 127 Meadow Lane, Calhoun, was arrested and charged with two counts of battery ( FVA) and first- degree cruelty to children.
Jose Escobar Perez, 35, of 200 Harlem St., Apt. 28, Calhoun, was arrested by Calhoun police and housed at the jail.
Donna Darlene Petty, 39, of 1783 Evergreen Road, Resaca, was arrested and charged with probation violation.
Haley Sloane Tyler, 26, o 453 Switch Road, Calhoun, was transported to the jail to serve a court sentence.
Martin Kenneth Wheeler, 49, of 2620 Marshall Road, Maryville, Tenn., was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute and trafficking in methamphetamine. Dec. 15 Randon Lee Bagley, 22, of 410 Barbara Ave., Dalton, was arrested and charged with two counts of probation violation.
Heather Amanda Bean, 25, of 115 Waterford Drive, Calhoun, was arrested and charged with three counts of theft by taking and two counts of fourth- degree forgery.
Nathan Demetrice Benford, 23, of 2318 Blue Granite Court, Conley, Ga., was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of marijuana.
Jacob Michael Braden, 19, of 2306 Riverbend Road, Plainville, was arrested and charged with simple battery ( FVA).
Levi Daniel Coats, 26, of 4311 Perry Drive, Dalton, was arrested by Calhoun police and charged with theft by taking.
Dustin Michael Edwards, 17, of 164 Granny Smith Drive, Calhoun, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass.
Steven Gary Gaddis, 41, of 10 Ridge Row, Apt. 3, was arrested by Calhoun police and housed at the jail for another agency.
Easton Lamar Gallman, 17, of 10794 Ga. Highway 225 S., Chatsworth, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass.
Elisa Shae Highfield, 30, of 2092 Dews Pond Road, Calhoun, was arrested on a failure to appear in court warrant.
Teresa Ann Ingle, 47, of 122 Peter St., Calhoun, was arrested by Calhoun police and charged with possession of marijuana.
Gavin Owen McBee, 17, of 1299 Roland Hays Parkway NW, Calhoun, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass.
Charles Ryan McKenzie, 39, of 152 Columbus Circle, Calhoun, was arrested by Calhoun police and housed at the jail for a court appearance.
Dustin James Meadows, 17, of 104 Waterford Road, Calhoun, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass.
Douglas Justin Parker, 29, of 1141 Adairsville Pleasant Valley Road, Adairsville, was arrested and charged with theft by taking.
Troy Allen Petruzzi, 19, homeless, was arrested by GSP and charged with two counts of felony obstruction of officers, two counts of first- degree criminal damage to property, two counts of battery, giving false name or address to law enforcement officer and three counts of misdemeanor obstruction of officers, Jerry James Richey, 51, of 315 Princeton, Adairsville, was arrested and charged with probation violation.
Magaan Ryan Sisk, 29, of 283 Woodland Drive, Calhoun, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting and theft by deception.
