Teacher and Staff of the Month at RBMS

Congratulations to Mr. Dwight Craig and Mrs. Kristi Langham. These people were named Teacher and Staff of the Month at Red Bud Middle School for the month of November. Red Bud appreciates Mr. Craig and Nurse Langham and is proud of the work they do for the Phoenix family.

Dwight Craig teaches sixth grade language arts at Red Bud Middle School. Mr. Craig is a graduate of Fairmount High School has been a staple in the language arts department in Gordon County Schools for many years. Mr. Craig enjoys working with the middle school age group and is thankful for the privilege to help mold young lives at Red Bud Middle School.

Besides teaching sixth grade language arts, Mr. Craig also assists with keeping the scorebook for home basketball games and sometimes assists as time keeper and reader for Academic Team home matches. Mr. Craig has multiple interests outside of school including, running, reading, hiking, gardening, basketball, current events, history, music, and spending time with family and friends.

Kristi Langham is the school nurse at Red Bud Middle. Red Bud is fortunate to have someone as kind, compassionate and capable as Nurse Kristi. She is always quick to deliver service with a smile to all the students, and sometimes the teachers, that need her nursing expertise. She is greatly loved by all. Nurse Kristi stated that she, “works with the most outstanding administration, staff, and teachers.” She enjoys coming to school each and every day, and is blessed to have such a wonderful work family here at Red Bud.

When Nurse Kristi isn’t working at The Bud, she enjoys sewing, photography, fishing, catching up on her favorite TV show, The Good Doctor, and sometimes indulges in her favorite food dish, lasagna fritta! She loves spending quality time with her family, especially when her granddaughter, Evie is involved!
