No temporary workers should come into the country without a job waiting for them. I worked in a number of foreign countries as a temporary worker and the job was always settled before I entered the county. It was handled through the Embassy of the country I was entering. When a worker was needed, the employer notified an agent in the country that had workers available and they sent the resumes of the available laborers. The company selected how many they needed and the agent cleared the temporary workers with the embassy and arranged passage to the hiring country.

The DACA generation of illegal immigrants will eventually be given the right to stay in the United States. It will probably be the equivalent of a “Green Card” status in the beginning with the right to apply for citizenship as they meet the requirements. This is not amnesty, which gives them instant citizenship.

Criminal illegal aliens should serve time in American prisons for their crimes and when their sentence is completed they should be expelled from the country. Laws can be passed that if any illegal immigrant with a criminal record is banished from our country, if they return to our country illegally, they will be executed or sentenced to life in prison.

Estimates of how many illegals are in our country vary from 12 million to 20 million. Any illegal that is not working or has a criminal record should be sent out of the country.
