TOBI Says, Who do you depend on?

Do you have someone that you can depend on today? Maybe you have a friend that you can depend on in a time of need. Your mom and dad want to be there for you. Some friends want to be there for you also.

But friends and family can only do so much. There are times when no one is around. Or at times there are problems that you cannot share with another person.

During a sports season, you can talk to your coach. Sometimes it is where you can talk to a teacher or someone at school. That is where it is great to have a faithful friend to talk to about things that are happening in your life.

Everybody needs a faithful friend that you can share with in good times and in bad times. You can celebrate the victories with them. It makes the good times better. They also understand when there are bad times, and problems. They can help you by sharing the load.

For a Christian, Jesus should be that extra special friend. He will always be there. He is the only one that can and always will be there. Others want to be there, but sometimes it is a physical impossibility.

Jesus will always be there, and He always cares about you. He is faithful and true to you. He can do anything. The Bible says that He will never leave you. That is a long time. He never fails to keep His promises.

Then you will be able to depend on other Christian friends, and be a dependable Christian friend for them.
