returned indictments on the following people on Wednesday,

Dec. 15, 2021. This process formally charges the individual,

but the individual remains innocent until proven guilty in a

court of law.

Roberts, Wesley Alan — Terroristic threats, simple battery — FVA, aggravated stalking.

Lumpkin, Regina Louise — Possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, possession of methamphetamine, driving while license suspended, operating vehicle without insurance, failure to register vehicle, affixing of plate to conceal or misrepresent identity, improper brake lights, open container.

Whitfield, Randall Timothy (a/k/a Randy Whitfield) — Possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, possession of methamphetamine, open container, giving false information to law enforcement officer.

Russell, Terry Lee — False imprisonment, aggravated assault, battery, terroristic threats.

Servin, Robert Charles — Robbery, simple battery “special presentment.”

Dobbs, Dillon Avery — Financial transaction card (x9).

Bradford, Larry Trent — Theft by taking.

Butler, Santino Pritchett — Criminal damage to property in the second degree.

Bradford, Larry Trent — Aggravated assault, battery.

Putnam, Donald Eugene — Terroristic threats, disorderly conduct.

Cordell, Maison Dokota — Aggravated battery- FVA, battery- FVA (x2), simple battery- FVA, criminal trespassFVA.

Hensley, Michelle Marie — Possession of methamphetamine aka: michelle marie newport.

Gleffe, Russell Eugene — Possession of methamphetamine “special presentment.”

Ruggles, Robert Wayne — False imprisonment, terroristic terroristic threats, disorderly disorderly conduct, public drunkenness.

Sexton, James Glen Jr. — Battery- FVA, cruelty to children in the third degree.
