St. Agatha Seniors

WOONSOCKET — The St. Agatha Seniors meeting for Wednesday, Feb. 17:

President Annette Beaulieu opened the meeting with a prayer for the late Dora Kazan and Alice Pretto.

Sunshine Lady Constance Bonin sent a sympathy card to Florence Jalette.

Celebrating birthdays were Therese Kiczak, Marguerite Dubois, Beatrice Gariepy, Florence Jalette, Therese Fregeau, Jeannette Petrin, Rene Godin, Alice Godin and Beatrice Parent.

Door prize winners were: Frances Roy, Roger Petit, Marcel Cote and Aline Durand. Winners of the raffle were Vera Forcier, Yashi Loya, Albertine Deweirdt and Gloria Belknap.

A thank you card was received from Pat Dempters of the Because He Lives Ministry thanking the club members for their donation of $179.

Winners of the special bingo games were Frances Roy, Aline Durand, Lucille Galipeau and Muriel Lussier. Constance Seider was the caller.

Pitch winners were: Roger Roy, Dave Lavallee, Gino Orazi, Bernrd Dubois, Claudette Desaulniers, Joseph Dechristoforo and Marguerite Dubois. The president reminded the members that she is collecting for the trip to Mohegan Sun on March 15. Gerard Robidoux, Priscilla Paulhus, Frances Roy and Marguerite Dergon served coffee and donuts.

A reminder to members who have not paid their 2016 dues yet, that they are being collected at all meetings.
