Signup for Darlington Softball League
PAWTUCKET — Officials with the Darlington Girls Softball League have announced in-person registrations for the upcoming spring season will be held on three Saturdays – Jan. 28, Feb. 11 and Feb. 25 – at St. Theresa Church, Newport Avenue.
Anyone interested in registering their child in a variety of age categories – Instructional (six-andunder T-Ball and eight-and-under Coach-Pitch) or fast-pitch (10-and-under minor, 12-and-under major and 18-and-under senior divisions) – may do so between 9 a.m.-1 p.m. on any of those dates.
Sign-up fee for Instructional players is $45 per person, and $70 for those in all other divisions
Folks may also sign up on-line at http://www.darlingtongirlssoftball.com/. Anyone who registers prior to March 13 will receive a discount, as will those parents who sign up more than one of their children.
When signing up on-line, player fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. Players will be eligible for placement on a team once they’ve paid in full.
Sponsor fees will be the same prices as last season - $500 for a Gold Sponsorship (team and sign), $300 for a Silver Sponsorship (sign only) and $250 for a Bronze Sponsorship (team only) - and are detailed in the attached letter.
Also welcomed are Friends of WLL Sponsors — organizations who opt to make a general donation of any amount to WLL. Team sponsorships are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and returning sponsors will receive first consideration.
This year, the money will also be used to help us fund the construction of a new concession stand at the new baseball field at WWII Memorial Park.

The Formal Nomination Application is due to the RIIL on or before April 1, 2017.
