BELLINGHAM POLICE LOG:
BELLINGHAM – The following incidents and charges were reported by the Bellingham Police Dept. for the week ending Sept. 1:
• Ramal T. Stillwell, 42, of 321 Friendship St., Providence, was arrested Aug. 29 at 10:16 a.m. on Lake Street and charged with speeding in violation of a special regulation and on a warrant charging him with failure to appear, police said.
• Timothy R. Phillips, 34, of 270 Center St., Bellingham, was arrested Aug. 28 at 1:40 p.m. on Pulaski Boulevard and charged with possession of a Class A substance, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and driving a vehicle with an obstructed non-transparent window, police said.
• Richard P. Morton, 29, of 6 Gail Drive Apt. #A, Bellingham, was arrested Aug. 28 at 4:09 p.m. on Hartford Avenue and charged with driving with a suspended license, driving a motor vehicle without an inspection sticker and speeding, police said.
• Manuel Jesus Mayancela Loja, 56, of 16 South Bow St., Milford, was arrested Aug. 27 on Hartford Avenue and charged with driving with a suspended license, driving a motor vehicle without an inspection sticker and a marked lanes violation, police said.
• Loretta Bouche, 50, of 101 Mill St., Woonsocket, was arrested Aug. 25 on Chamberlain Road and charged with two counts of simple assault and battery, disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct and vandalism of property, police said.
• Victor A. Villafane, 31, of 21 North St., Johnston, was arrested Aug. 24 on Pulaski Boulevard and charged with driving an uninsured motor vehicle without a license and on charges stemming from a warrant, police said.
