Lincoln rep Seyboth earns top Keller Williams Realty award

LINCOLN— The smallest state is where Kyle and Sara Seyboth made the largest impact in real estate. Their goal is remaining among the top agents in Rhode Island and the rest of the country for many years to come.

The Seyboth Team, which is affiliated with Keller Williams Realty, Leading Edge, on 14 Breakneck Hill Road in Lincoln, works with residentia­l, commercial and investor clientele. Kyle Seyboth said the key to his team’s success is being adaptable to customer needs and offering answers to sometimes-difficult situations.

“The difference between us and other realtors is that we help home buyers, investors and commercial clients alike,” he said. “Many realtors will do only one of those areas, but we do all three. We are not pigeonhole­d into doing just one of those categories. We often work on all three of these pieces equally.”

He also said the customers he loves helping in the Ocean State are residentia­l homebuyers. Seyboth said the key to working with first-time homeowners is gaining their trust. He said they are usually nervous about the process and have many questions they want answered. That means being patient and finding ways to ensure that the ordeal runs smoothly.

Another reason Seyboth cites for the team’s success is the attention to detail. He said the team works seven days, 14 to 16 hours per day to make sure everything that is supposed to happen does. The team consists of Sara and him. Kyle handles all outside sales, while Sara deals with the administra­tive portion. The biggest benefit is that they truly care about all aspects of the transactio­n, Kyle Seyboth said.

“The payoff, in this case, is when they decide to move, they call on us because of the trust factor from the previous transactio­n, said Seyboth. “It is a great feeling to us when people purchase their first home from us, then return to buy the next house and sell their current one. We care about our reputation and are very serious about caring for our customers’ satisfacti­on.”

They also focus their efforts on commercial properties. Seyboth said the tone of those deals are often more methodical than residentia­l purchases because the parties involved want to make sure the numbers all line up.

Along with his wife, Seyboth has two daughters, Madeleine and Mackenzie. He graduated from St. Raphael Academy in Pawtucket and Elms College in Chicopee, Massachuse­tts, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting. He also earned his Master’s degree in Business Administra­tion from Suffolk University in Boston.
