The German American Cultural Society is holding its “German Christmas Bazaar” at its club on 78 Carter Avenue, Pawtucket from noon to 5 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 9. Celebrate the start of the holiday season at a traditional Christkindlmarkt!

The shop is open every Wednesday and Saturday morning from 9 a.m. to noon.
Woonsocket
•The Woonsocket Harris Public Library, from 2 to 4 p.m., will host a drop-in paper crafts for kids. One or more of these paper crafts will be available to make and take home. There will a wreath, gingerbread person, ninja and snowflake ballerina. Crafts may be messy so please wear clothes that can get glue or paint on them. The library does have aprons and latex free gloves available This activity is great for ages 5 & up with adult caregiver. Those that register by calling 401-769-9044, ext. 2, will get reminder calls and be notified of any cancellation. Cancellations will also be posted on the library’s facebook page. Walk-ins are also welcome.
