Our last meeting was held on January 8,2019 Secretaries report was read and accepted by Donald Paterson, seconded by Alana Parks.

Treasurer’s report was read and accepted by Debbie Ducharme and Helen Bonnar

Sunshine lady read her report for November and December. November get well cards were sent to David Wolfe ,Christine Cassavant, Theresa Reynolds, Gary King and Jeanne Levereault

Thank you card was received from Jeanne Levereault. December get well cards were sent to Muriel Payette, Josef Belleville, Annette Wolfe and Lucien Goulet.

Sympathy cards in November were sent to Ray Lachapelle, Marion Morrow, Dorothy Renaud and Connie Seider. December cards were sent to Mary Belisle and Jeanne Bonolo Thank you cards were received by Josef Belleville

A special thank you card was sent to Alan Cadoret for all his good deeds during the year. The board of tenant affairs held a meeting in December followed by a Christmas party. Dues are still being collected, you can pay them before Bingo on Monday nights. Club members were invited to attend a coloring session on Thursday afternoon in the community room. February 9th is our Valentine dinner, tickets are $12 for members and $14 for guests Entertainment will be Kenny Morocco St. Patrick’s day dinner is March 16th $14 for members and $16 for guests. Entertainment will be Colleen and Scott Rondeau. The 6-10 club will begin again in April, see your captains for tickets. Linda Leblanc asked about having a yard sale. The president said that could be discussed at an advisory board meeting. David Wolfe will be posting a schedule for Saturday night movies. Birthdays for January are Joe Pincince, Marge Desrosiers,Rita Campano and Roger Ouelette.
