Bonebuilders class opening in North Smithfield

Join us at one of our many Bonebuilders classes.
Bonebuilders is an innovative exercise program utilizing moderate free weight training and is designed to improve strength, balance, and energy levels, and significantly increase bone density. Participants, ages 50 and up, can potentially increase longevity, cardio health, muscle strength, and even improve mood. Most importantly, our participants are fighting back against osteoporosis and working towards preventing its progression. Those who regularly attend our classes keep coming back because it really works!
Classes are currently held Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 9:00 a.m. in the community room at The Meadows apartment complex, 2 Village Way, North Smithfield.
Class length is approximately one hour to an hour and 15 minutes.
Participants should wear comfortable workout clothing and closed toed shoes or sneakers. Bring your own light hand weights and a set of ankle weights. A filled water bottle is optional.
