•The River's Edge Recreation Complex on Davison Avenue will serve as the new site for the city's seventh annual Pumpkin Patch event for city residents from 2 to 4:30 p.m. During the admission-free event, the city will distribute free locally-grown pumpkins, and supplies to decorate them, to children up to 12 years old. Parents of infants and toddlers may purchase a pumpkin for $5 if any remain available. Other activities at the event include a bounce house, petting zoo and face-painting. The event was moved to River's Edge from Cold Spring Park due to an increase in attendance. Attendees are encouraged to bring a canned good or non-perishable food item for the city to donate to a local charity.
