Congratula­tions are in order for Kerstin Rachel Hudon and Marc Newman Meyer, who were married in a double-ring, Jewish wedding ceremony on Oct. 13, 2019. The marriage and reception took place at Mayhurst Inn in Orange, Virginia and was officiated by Rabbi Rami Schwartzer.

After a wedding trip to South Africa, the newly-married couple will continue to live in Rockville, Maryland.

Bothy are employed at the U.S. Government Accountabi­lity Office in Washington, D.C.

The bride, a graduate of the University of South Carolina (BS) and the University of Washington (MPA), is the daughter of Roland and Barbara Hudon of Cherry Farm Road in Burrillvil­le.

The groom, who graduated from the University of Washington (BA) and Georgetown University (MA), is the son of Daniel and Sharon Meyer of Carriage Way in Wilmette, Illinois.

Best Person was Melissa Meyer, of Madison, Wisconsin, the sister of the groom. The Maid of Honor was Rebecca Hudon, of Farmington, Connecticu­t, sister of the bride.

Bride’s People included: Daniel Walsh of New York City; Emma Satzger of Laurel, Maryland; Lindsay Church of Richmond, Virginia; and Joanna Savold of Charlotte, N.C.; while Elliot Phillips of Burrillvil­le served as flower girl.

Groom’s People included: Hannah Weber of Boston; Zachariah Bagley of Seattle; Camille Pease of Washington, D.C.; and Thomas Corless of Crystal City, Virginia. Ring bearers were Tyler Skinner and Mason Bullen.
