Print digital image on white cardstock and transparency sheet. Align transparency image over cardstock image and cut both pieces to 31/4 x 41/2 inches.
2. Color cardstock image with markers. 3. Form a 41/4 x 51/2-inch top-fold card from blue cardstock.
Beginning 5/8 inch from left edge, use craft knife to cut a slit along fold of card, stopping 5/8 inch from right edge.
Cut a 23/4 x 4-inch window from center of card front.
Adhere transparency image to reverse side of card front so image is centered inside window.
7. Close card and slip colored image inside; align images and adhere colored image in place inside card.
Cut a 31/2 x 5-inch piece from white cardstock. Trim 1/4 inch from each long side, stopping 1/4 inch from bottom and leaving 1/4-inch tabs (Fig. 1). This will be the sliding panel.
Place tabbed cardstock piece inside card with narrow end slipping through slit. Adhere side and bottom edges of card closed leaving room for sliding panel to move. 10.
Color seam binding with R29 marker. 11.
Punch a 1/8-inch hole through center top of sliding panel. Thread colored seam binding through hole and tie a knot; trim ends. Push panel down into card so colored image is covered.
Use A-2 Fancy Weave die template to cut a lacy panel from white cardstock; adhere to card as shown. Adhere inside cutout portion to a 37/8 x 51/4-inch piece of patterned paper; adhere to back of card for area to write message.
Cut a 33/8 x 45/8-inch rectangle from patterned paper; cut a 23/4 x 4-inch opening from center of rectangle creating a frame. Adhere over lacy panel as shown.
Print sentiment onto white cardstock. Die-cut and emboss a label around sentiment. Die-cut and emboss a slightly larger label from patterned paper. Adhere labels together using foam dots. Adhere labels to card as shown. ●
